    I'm doing these a few days late at a time because I always weigh on a Saturday (my weight gets to a constant around 10:30 am, and I gotta be at work then, son!)

    Successes/struggles this week: I had a huge cheat meal at the beginning of the week, so I tried extra hard to eat smart and exercise more and I lost 2.4 lbs! I don't think that'll happen this week because, in my elation over how well I've been doing since I started tracking consistently, I had 3 days of terrible, waaaaay over-calorie-goal eating, so I'm expecting a little weight gain or, hopefully, stasis. Since I'm so close to my monthly goal, I'm OK with that. I've got 2 weddings in mid-July, so as long as I'm at or below 147 by then, I'll be happy.

    Successes/struggles this week: I was sick for two weeks straight, first strep, then sinus infection, then bronchitis, so I didn't get to work out :( I am also pretty devastated that I can't afford the figure skating summer class. On the plus side, I haven't skipped my weekly yoga and made it to one open skate session. I try to build some strength with the off-ice exercises, but I really miss skating. My bike got stolen last year, and I was in a car accident in April, so we're really in a pinch for money right now. I know these are lame excuses, but I am not giving up!

    Successes/struggles this week: I dunno that bizarre maintenance period at the start of the month/end of May threw me. My body's hanging on to a lb or 2 of water weight for sure so I'm waiting for that to come off ANY DAY NOW LADS. I've logged the exact same weight 3 days in a row which is super unusual for me (I don't think that's ever happened, actually?) so... any day.

    I weigh daily and track it with MyWeighTracker, so I'll just report whatever my lowest weight for the week was. It varies which day that happens to be.

    I weighed 194.5 in February (after losing 85 lbs), but gained a few lbs. since then. I would like to stop the scale from going up and get it going down again.

    Successes/struggles week 1: I think I did okay food wise. I would like to get in more exercise and try a little harder to drink more water.
    Successes/struggles week 2: I did well with exercise, but had some issues with the food part. Heavy sigh. This week I'll try to put it all together.

    Successes/struggles this week: I've gained 1.4 lbs but I've been working muscles that have never been worked before which means they are probably holding fluid because I have lost 10.5 inches since I started my weight loss journey just 3 weeks ago. My stomach looks and feels flatter, and tighter, it doesn't stick out as far as it did a couple weeks ago, so even tho I gained a little over a pound, overall everything has been a success.

    Successes/struggles this week: So, I had to update this. When I weigh in for MFP every week it's on Friday, and for this, It's on Wednesday. And I woke up to a loss of 3.6 lbs since the 15th. I'm guessing that means I'm losing the water weight my muscles had build up and is starting to show how much I've actually lost? I have no idea whats going on, maybe I'm just melting lol.

    Successes/struggles this week: I'm actually surprised that I lost a whole pound this week, since last week I was really lacking motivation. I hardly did much exercise and I "treated" myself a little when I didn't earn it, lol, But after a rough two week struggle to get back on track after Memorial Day, I'll take the loss!! I did manage to follow one workout from Fitness Blender on YouTube- A 20 minute cardio/kickboxing vid-and even with modifications and not even being able to do all of the last circuit, my whole body was sore the next two days! (Hence the lack of other exercise). I don't know if I'll be able to lose 3 more pounds in 2ish weeks, I've found my usual rate is .8 per week, but I'm certainly going to keep trying!

    Successes/struggles this week: This week I have been dealing with a health issue that cropped up - and I had a bad reaction to the meds the doctor gave me initially. Made for a weird week of not eating half the time, so I'm hoping that getting back into a routine this week won't make me gain!!
