Todays goals: get to bed WAY earlier (5.5 hours of sleep is not enough), eat over 100g of protein, and stay under my exercise-adjusted calorie limit.0

honestly for today? making it through the day without breaking down and buying a big bag of chips! This is a very stressful week at work for me and in the past I've always just snacked non stop on chips and other unhealthy junk and lived on soda.
I had a banana and OJ for breakfast, packed leftovers from dinner last night (chicken/rice casserole) and a fresh peach for lunch and just had a bowl of cut up cantaloupe as a snack.2 -

just rearranged our bedroom and did my closet this weekend!! Still need to do the top shelf - but need to get the step stool so I can reach it1 -

It's the first day of my new schedule (up at 4:55 am everyday! whoa) so I just know I'm gonna feel lazy today, so my goal is to quit whining and go to the gym today and get in a whole bunch of cardio I'm gonna do it!2

My goals are easy...work 5 hours minimum...get a quickie workout in (semi-rest day), and try to stay up late with the hubs for our "date nite"..In preparation, I forced myself back to sleep three times today, and didn't get out of bed till 9 am!0
