Hi! I'm 5'3"
This is my results from the last 6 weeks, since I started working with a trainer at my gym in mid-january. I can't believe the difference already! My weight is the same in both pictures (around 133ish), but the one on the right is a 3% body fat loss. So, I guess it is true when they say the scale doesn't matter! The pic on the left was basically only cardio/running and low calories. The pic on the right incorporated strength training 3 days a week and cardio only 1 day a week, plus more calories. I focus less on calories now and more on hitting macros.
Can't wait to see what the next few months brings!

Bump for my short ladies0

I'm 5'3, almost 26, and my heaviest was 235. I'm currently down to 212 just with 6ish months of dietary changes. My boyfriend and I joined a gym together a few days ago though and I plan to lose another 90 pounds and get down to 125. I've never been that low and it seems daunting!5

5"2, Started really trying to lose at 159 pounds, after baby, currently 140 pounds (this photo is at 140lb). Still losing weight every week, about 1.2 pound a week, but have needed to up exercise. I am planning to get to 128 pounds.

My heaviest was in 2008, right around the time I got married. I was 180, which is quite a bit being only 5'2. Since then, it's fluctuated up and down, mostly due to having kids. I'm now down to 150 from 165, which is when I started using MFP in February. My goal is to hit 125, which would be the lowest I've ever been.

Ladies you all look amazing!
I am 5' 1''-5' 2'' somewhere there xD and 138 lbs. The thing is I see many women in here around my height and weight and you all look so much thinner than me. Why do I look like a potato0 -

What a great thread! I'm 39 y/o, and I just started my journey with MFP. I'm 5'2" and weigh 217. My starting weight was 221 two weeks ago. I'd like to eventually get down to 155, but for now my small goal is 190. I have stalled and have been reading posts on how to get going again. Would love to connect with some of you with similar goals for motivation, so please add me if interested. Thx!3

Love seeing how different weight looks on shorter girls! I'm 23 & 5'2"/3" with two kids. My first photo below was my highest weight, 225 in April 2014. I started working out and lost some weight, but ended up giving up within about 6 months, so I gained it all back.
I started working out and eating healthy again in September 2015, around 215 lbs (no pic). It took me until the beginning of November to even drop 15 lbs (my first weight goal) which is pic #2.
Pic #3 was around 50 lbs lost, so another mile marker for me!
Pic #4 was me a couple weeks ago. I'm down a little bit more from that even, so in total I'm down 70 lbs since September right now!
I'm hoping to lose another 20- 25 lbs and then just tighten up all of my loose skin. I eat high protein, no pop/junk, do cardio & lifting and drink a lot of water (used to shoot for 64 oz a day, but now I'm shooting for a gallon a day).

Needing motivation from you guys! I'm 5ft 0 and currently 139lbs. Heaviest I have been is around 145lb due to a medication I was on previously. I know I'm not classed as vastly overweight but I am SO unhappy with how I look. I seriously lack motivation which isn't helped by physical and mental health issues but I don't want that to be an excuse. Please help!0
