FINALLY - dropped below 250 on that medical scale at the gym... got to move the big weight to 200. Whoot!

I am going to NYC next week for a concert and to finally meet one of my best friends from online. My goal is to be comfortable in a pair of size 29 Levi's and be as close to 190 lbs as possible. They were on and buttoned the other day, but one good meal and I would be uncomfortable. I have 4 other pairs of jeans I want to get into before my birthday on July 23 or end of summer. Also be 176 lbs by the end of august putting me in healthy BMI.5

I hit this goal today!

Going with my husband on a business trip in late August wearing a size 12, I currently wear a comfortable size 14. That gives me about 7.5 weeks.4

2. Stay under my cals if I go over .. only by 100 no by a binge of 500 cals

Soooo I hit this goal (hoorah!) I leave on Monday, I will be working for 2 weeks then holiday but will be flying to USA on Monday. I lost 17.4 lbs as of today so slammed that goal woooo!
My next goal is to "only" put on 7lbs or less when I'm away in the USA. I go
For a month so yeah. And normally on vacation I gain around 10lbs in 2 weeks.4 -

My mini goal is to go more than 2 weeks on the journey. I'm at day 5. I always do well the first week then I just stop. I want to keep it going10

My mini goal now involves my youngest son. He is now 4, and just started riding his bike with NO training wheels yesterday! I'm super proud of him. A few more trips out and he'll be riding like a pro. I have "mini-runs" until then, chasing him and arching him when the front wheel starts "wiggling." As soon as he has it down well, we are starting Zombies C25K. I don't think I'll have to start completely over; I can run a mile straight as it is.
My short-term dream is to be able to run a 5K with ease by the middle of August.6 -
My mini goal was to reach the 160's. This morning I weighed in at 169! My next mini goal is to get under 164.6
