Wk1 (6/06): 185.5lbs. not going in the right direction but I have been drinking 8 glasses of water each day...and I hate water so I'm trying
Wk2 (6/13): 183.5lbs...okay started eating more and got off of the plateau...go figure
Wk3 (6/20): 182.5lbs...going in the right direction
Wk4 (6/27): 181.5lbs...maybe I'll make it to half my mini goal by next week.

Only a loss of 0.1 this week--so not really a loss, but TOM is here and I wasn't totally on my game this week. Didn't make my challenge goal, but at least the scale is still moving in the right direction--even if it is at a snail's pace!!!
What's the next challenge? I'm guessing a labor day challenge?? Labor Day is only 9 weeks from July 4th!0 -

I didn't make it to my goal weight, perhaps losing 10 pounds so quickly was a bit much for a beginner...BUT I am sooo proud of myself that I lost as much as I did, that's a huge step for me. Not only does the scale say so, but I've had a pair of jeans in my closet that I love but haven't worn in probably over a year because they are too tight. I think maybe I've worn them for a couple hours a few months ago, but then they started digging into my hips and hurting! Well yesterday I wore those bad boys ALL day with no problem!!! So YAY me Hope everyone enjoyed doing this challenge even if they didn't make it to their goal, I know I did! Hope everyone has a great and safe holiday!!!0 -
