    Successes/struggles this week: Down 1.6 lbs this week so I'm happy with that (a day late). I'm also happy to be back in the 120's. It's been a while since I've done that. I still can't figure out why the weight is getting harder and harder to drop these days lol. Either way, I've been eating well and swimming with my kids so although it's been a bit tougher to get out for my runs, I'm getting some water workouts in :) 4 more lbs. most likely isn't going to happen in 1 week, but I'll take even 1 more lb.

    Successes/struggles this week: IF is great. I feel wonderful. Energy during the day, easy sleep at night, and no bloating. Still struggling a little to control my eating though. I can pack in a shocking amount of calories in my 3-4 hour eating window. Workouts have been consistent. The biggest success is my doc upped my thyroid med dose again. It's fantastic how he goes off symptoms and free t3. My TSH is actually below the normal range at this point.

    Successes/struggles this week: Success is that I did not gain, struggles to lose more, I went away....ate more meals than I usually do, tried to make the healthy choices...I think I did good to not gain, but I did not walk each day....

    Struggles this week: Riddle me this - Last week my fitbit workouts totaled 8.5 Hours (between 2x spinning, 2x running at least 3 miles, lunch time walks, and weight training 4-5x) IN ADDITION to getting over 10K steps a day.....today, not sure why but I am retaining weight and air and gained weight for today's weigh-in.
    Oh...and I also counted calories strictly at 1500 a day or less (due to my workouts) last week using food scale....HEELLP!

    Success: My regimen last week was ON POINT. Frustrates me and pushes me to feel defeated this week

    You're probably gaining muscle. If you've hit a plateau, you need to do something you haven't done before. So amp up the intensity and number of weekly workouts. If you're 5'1 and 139 lbs, you could probably cut down to 1,200 calories a day, too. But make sure you eat back half of the calories you expend working out. Also, make sure the calories you're eatin are nutritious. Try and adhere to macros, eat clean, no processed food, limit carbs, avoid meat with hormones, etc. Good luck!

    Thanks @mallygirl420. Appreciate it! I agree with the building muscle thing. Back down to 140 today. I think I was a bit bloated due to some extra sodium and carbs ad possibly overkill on fiber HA! I do tend to follow macros (more loose than spot on). 1200 Calories plus 1/2 workout calories MAY work, but typically follow TDEE. Working on dialing in those calories and keeping my workouts consistent. Next week is my week! :-) Thanks again.

    Weight loss is not linear. If you only weigh once a week you're losing a lot of data points and misconstruing a natural fluctuation (water weight from a hard workout / high sodium meal for example). Unless you ate like 6,000 cals over, you did not gain 1.6lb.

    (you're also not going to gain 1.6lb muscle in a week. Water, yes. Muscle, no)

    @lexbubbles TRUTH! Back down to 140 today. The once a week thing does skew things.

    Successes/struggles this week: Once again I had a crazy schedule this week and got very little, consistent sleep. Hormone changes also impacted my energy levels and apparently my ability to remember the correct date for logging into this challenge :smiley: Despite the struggles, I increased the intensity of my workouts and exercised 7 out of 7 days. I hit another benchmark this week as well.

    Successes/struggles this week: My eating has been about the same, if not even a little worse than usual, and my consistent exercise schedule I had going got thrown off due to just life and a little bit of laziness, but despite that the past two weeks have shown the greatest drop in weight I've had at once since I started! And I use my trend weight from Libra as my weigh in too (my actual scale weight is around my June goal of 186) so it's not some fluke water release or whatever... I don't know what caused the increased drop, but I will take it!
    My favorite exercise that I did do this week was a 3 hour walk around the gigantic and old cemetery in my city that I did with my mom. We were looking for some of my ancestors from the late 1800's for genealogy research. We know they're buried there we just have no idea where so... we walked and looked. We found some too! I got my 10k+ steps in that day for sure. haha.

    I've got one more weigh in scheduled for myself on July 1, and then it's on to the next challenge!
