Pending how far I run tomorrow, June should come in between 125 and 130 miles. I'm in better shape now than at the start of June so I think I'll set a nominal July goal of 150 miles.
July Goals:
Nominal challenge goal, 150 miles
Real goals: Run Shoreline, manage the expected heat and humidity to finish in good shape, don't worry about being anywhere close to a PR. Build base toward Rochester Marathon. End the month being comfortable running 5 days a week. Live through a month at work when I can only work from home one day a week. (Okay, that last one isn't a running goal; but the newly degraded work at home policy is going to make running a lot of miles less convenient.)

January 1, 2016 Resolution Run 7.5 mile (Mendon, NY) finished in 53:58
January 9, 2016 Winter Warrior Half Marathon (Gates, NY) finished in 1:30:59
March 12, 2016 Johnny's Runnin' of the Green 5 mile (Rochester, NY) finished in 32:32
March 26, 2016 Spring Forward Distance Run 15K (Mendon, NY) finished in 1:05:24
April 18, 2016 Boston Marathon (Hopkinton, MA) finished in 3:23:01
April 24, 2016 Flower City Challenge Half Marathon (Rochester, NY) finished in 1:36:50, targeting MP
May 15, 2016 Highland Hospital Lilac Run 10K (Rochester, NY) DNS - injury
June 19, 2016 Medved 5K to Cure ALS (Rochester, NY) DNS - recovering from face plant
July 16, 2016 Shoreline Half Marathon (Hamlin, NY)
September 18, 2016 Rochester Marathon (Rochester, NY)

I met my goal of 40 miles last month, and I need to add miles to my runs so I think 50 miles is a reasonable goal. If I do 4 runs a week, 2 of them 3 milers and 2 of them 5 milers and a small cushion for life and a cut back week should put me closer to 60 miles but I want to stay conservative so I don't re-injure myself.

If i do 3 runs a week at 5km per run that will be 60km. Also my goal is to run the whole 5km without walking by the end of the month.4

Hi guys im in! I have not ran in a while so i will start at 50 miles.7

I haven't been able to run in months I'm collecting orthotics tomorrow morning and will have to break them in. I intend to start the 0-5k again wearing the orthotics. My goal for July is just to stick with the programme of breaking in my new shoes and learning how to run again with my feet repositioned. I aim to run 3-4 times a week until I'm at the 5k mark.7

I'm in for July! Really looking forward to getting back into this group and back to running. May was a bad month for me; I lost my dad and then came down with pneumonia. June was all about me trying to shake the side effects of May, and I started back on my TM this week. Ready to get back to normal!!!
I'm setting my goal at 35 miles for June. I am also setting a goal to run (more of a run'ish walk combo) at least 3 times a week.

Need to get back to running after a crazy year. Ready to go for it, but taking it slow and easy with 30 miles for July. Might exceed this goal, but it's somewhere to start.5
