    I'm starting to get the "I wasn't even sure that was you" reaction, which is priceless. Even though I'm still 16 lbs. into overweight territory, I actually look forward to being seen in public, something I haven't felt for decades. BMI has now decreased from 40.8 to 27.6.

    Successes/struggles: midmonth struggle really hurt me overall. Successful week with everything, just short of what I wanted to achieve. But 5.5 in a month, can't complain about that - loss is loss and every pound adds up!

    Successes/struggles this week: I've still been struggling a bit this week with making healthy choices and being active but the scale decided to be kind anyway. I'm taking a week off work soon to destress and get back on track but have also committed to walking for at least 30 minutes a day even when I'm not motivated to do any other exercise.
