This week I struggled so much with stress. Our trip had me all over the place with food and workouts were rare.
Successes:
I'm back down all the water weight I gained last week and a tiny bit extra. I didn't reach my goal but so happy with the 8.2 lbs I lost this month!1 -

I'm so proud of a 11lb weight loss in just a month and hopefully this weeks blip was just my body catching up with itself after losing a total of 21lbs in only 6 weeks.2 -

Hey all! Glad I logged early, as I gained a little bit while on my trip. I mean, we got Mom a chocolate ganache cake for her 83d birthday, and yea, I had to have some each day...though I did pretty good getting some walks in. I had one day that was way over my goals, so I'm pretty happy I only bumped up about a 1/2 pound. Just means more working out this week so it won't even show for the July challenge. I think the 1 hour and 50 minutes of paddling done today with one of my friends was a good start to getting back on track. Now...I need a nap! Hope to see everyone in the July challenge!!1

- taking the time to rest after acknowledging that I was pushing myself too hard

It has been a struggle, I am usually on point to lose 10 lbs/month when I am exercising and following my program, but I just didn't get there, but I will keep on fighting and get to my goal! Still down almost 6 lbs, so I can't be too hard on myself!
Weekly Goals:Exercise 6-7 days/week, drink plenty of green tea and water, eat healthy unprocessed foods, stay within my daily calories
Struggles:Ignoring my chocolate cravings, getting up early to exercise
Successes:I am doing Weight Watchers and I am tracking on MyFitnessPal and the WW app!1
