Lose three pounds (to the 130s) in the next two weeks... I really feel like the 130s is where my really small arms may be waiting.
My little sister's wedding... Dress fits great but 5 ish more pounds lost would be fantastic!4 -
We have yearly passes to Dreamworld. On Sept 23rd they are having "Scream night" my goal is to have lost enought weight to fit into at least some of the rides. I hate taking the kids and missing out on all the fun!!9

My mini goal is to visit my dad in August and him to notice a difference since he saw me last year

I want to see my doc a few weeks ago and she said nothing about my weight. I said to her " is no one here going to acknowledge that I've lost 50 pounds?", she says "well, I was hoping you weren't sick." I was like, "you're my doctor, don't you think you'd be the first to know?". Weird day.24 -
I lost 124, and they said nothing.6

Oops -- forgot. The loss was over a four-year or so period. Someone in the dr's office recently asked me if I'd had a surgery, when I mentioned the weight loss. I don't know -- I'd think they would have noticed if I'd had surgery, dontcha think?2

There's one ride at our local amusement park (we have season passes) that our one-year-old can't go on because of our weights (under a certain height, they need someone with them). Next year I'm going to be thin enough to go on that damn toddler ride.9 -
I have a doctor's appointment for my thyroid on July 18 (two weeks from today). I want to lose four more pounds by then, so I'm under 270 pounds. The last time I was there, I had lost eight pounds and they were thrilled. I want to lose twenty more and see if I get an even better reaction out of them. And by my appointment after that (in January, they're every six months) I want to lose at least another forty pounds.
If I'm under 270, I think it'll be the smallest I've been in the three years since I started going there.6 -
LOL at the doctors office stories. I point out my weight loss to my doctor and have him chart it. He never weighs me I just tell him the weight.
I have achieved my last mini-goal-to fit into my outdoor zip off pants.
Next mini-goal weight below 160 That less than 7lbs away.2 -
3 more pounds to reach a stone and a half off. There's a pair of black jeans I'd like to get into.2

My current mini goal is to lose 2.5 lbs by July 19th. That will put me at 55lbs lost in one year.5

My current mini goal is to have lost a total of 40 lbs by my next Dr appt at the beginning of August. I am about 1/2 lb from that now so , it's time for a new mini goal.
I dug out my smallest pair of jeans. They are still snug but I can get them on. I also found a t-shirt I accidentally ordered in the wrong size. So, my new goal is to fit into my "new" outfit.2 -
Mini goal hmmm I start my Masters in the end of August I hope to be around 10-15 lbs lighter by then!1
-
I'm really hoping to get into the 130s (139 lbs would be just fine) by the time I turn 30. Two months and about 8 lbs to go. I'd also like to get a PB in a 5K I'm running two days after my birthday, so both goals will hopefully coincide.3

I'm hoping to get down to the mid to low 180s when I go away for school the first week of September. I'm 198 now, and have about 9 weeks to drop 15 ish pounds? I can do it!0

Mine weighs me for EVERY visit. She even weighed me recently when I was just going in for an ear infection. I work in medical records so I look at whatever my doctors write down when they think I won't see it, and every time she sees me, no matter what, she's like "patient is a well-nourished, well developed, morbidly obese female" and "Her abdomen is soft, rotund, and obese", and "counseled about health risks of being morbidly obese" (she writes this even when she doesn't talk about my weight at all). I'm just like, for crying out loud lady, okay, we get it, i'm fat! lol10
