They may have some health benefits, but it will not help you to lose weight quicker or burn fat. You need a calorie deficit for that.
Your liver and kidneys flush toxins.....drinks and juice do not.23 -

Nope, don't fall for that stuff. The only thing that causes weight loss is eating at a calorie deficit.

Yes the liver and kidneys flush toxins and food and fluid is required for that to happen. What college did you go to?JosetteandBill wrote: »It does help flush fat and toxins from the liver. Okay.
Please share some peer reviewed studies backing up this claim.
Oh, and what about people who can't drink grapefruit juice, or don't like it? Does that mean we have toxin build up in our livers?

Seems like it only makes you spew nonsense from your mouthhole. I'd reconsider.10 -

Water works better; fluid movement is required, and water has far fewer calories than grapefruit juice.12 -

Grapefruit juice, vinegar or any other drink cannot flush anything from your system. It's a liquid and keeps you hydrated, which helps your kidneys, liver and everything else functioning properly. It doesn't matter what kind of fluid it is, just drink plenty of whatever to keep yourself hydrated. That's all you need to do. Eta: And keep a moderate calorie deficit.
