Hi... I'm 5'1" and my goal is 125lbs0
-
I will argue with my doctor that I am 5'3 , her nurses says I'm 5'2.... my goal is 150, but the charts say 111-141. I'm going for looking good, and 140 scares me....it's a little bit to small for me.0

5'2"- goal is 125lbs. (but I have a very heavy bone structure so I look much smaller)0

5ft 1 1/4" here. My original goal was 125 but now that I'm at 127, I decided to aim for 120 instead.0

Goal is under a little 130 (58kg). Feel free to friend me if you need support0

i'm 5'2 and i have a goal and then i have my GOAL...my goal is 135...at this point i will be crazy happy
however....if i can get there, then my super duper..OMG goal would be 127
i think 135 will be small enough on me as i started at a size 14-15 ( 158 )
and currently am 147 ( size 11-12 )_...based on these changes i think 135 would have me at a size 8-90 -
Hi - I am 49 - 5 foot 1 and a half inches - Goal weight is 57kg (or 125lbs) I've still got 19kg to go and I started 1st January this year - Good luck on your journey0

Hi
my height is 5.2 and my goal 112-114... I've kept the same 117 or 118 for almost a month is anybody experiencing the same?0 -
Im 5ft 2.5 and according to BMI I should be 10st 3 (64.9kg) max. meaning I have to get rid of about 5st 7 (34.9kg) my Dr dont even believe in BMI so as long as I get down to a UK size 14 I don't care how much I weigh.0

I am 5'2" and my goal is 126. When I am at that weight I will re-assess. I am an apple shape and just want rid of the belly. I know I am going to look too thin on the rest of my body but I'm sick of wearing baggy tops trying to hide my flab.0

I'm 5'2" and my ultimate goal is 105 lbs (my weight in high school). Although, I also looked good at 115 lbs. when I was in college.0

Hi, I'm 5'2" and currently weigh 123 lbs - healthy but still some wobbly bits...I'm aiming for 110 lbs as this is the weight I used to be happiest at when I was younger (UK size 8 = US size 4).
Back then, I got there purely by dieting whereas this time I'm eating properly and doing a lot of exercise, so I guess my final goal weight may change as I get nearer...
I'm starting to agree with others that the tape measure and clothes fitting mean more than the scales! Good luck0 -
I'm 50 yrs old and 5'2". My goal weight is 125. I started at 204. I've lost 46 lbs so far.0
-
I'm 5'2" and am aiming for 112lbs however I'm starting to realise that whatever my goal is it needs to be sustainable and I want to look good! If I get to 125 & I'm happy, I may just choose to stay there! Good luck on your journey!0

At this point my goal is just... to start losing. I am keeping within my calorie goal. Recording everything I eat. I even try to give a 300 calorie latitude in case i forget something like cream in my coffee or whatever.
I exercise everyday and do weight training, but I just can't seem to break my platau and it's driving me nuts
I've been here for almost a month and no change in weight.0 -
I'm 5'2" and my goal is 110 pounds0
