5'4 - started at 233ish - goal 145.23

I'm happy at 130-140... just had babies (2014 and 2016) jumped to 190-200!) trying to get back to 140 or so... wish me luck...18

Started at 152 here, love to be in the mid 120s. But once I hit low 130s, I don't really care. As long as I feel good.
I've made peace that the 120s were when I was actually 20 and are never coming back. (I'm 39.) My goal is low 130s too. Or even 135. I'm almost there but I can't seem to get rid of this tummy schlub.

I'm 5'3ish, started at 130, currently 113 and goal is about 105-108 (I have a small frame).9

I'm 53 years old and 5'4" . I am currently at 208#
I am aiming for 150#. After that I will see how I feel and go from there.20 -
5'4", goal was pre baby weight (137). Then 135. I'm 131 now and I'm not so much interested in the number as much as how I look--trying to recomp now. If I stay 130-135 but get smaller, great.
I might try to hit 129 just to see if I can...haven't been below 135 since middle school, so I can't fathom the 120s!4 -
Im 5'3.5 and I am at 152 right now starting from 203. My first goal was 160 my second goal is 150 and my ultimate goal is 140 but i am very endowed in the booty and thigh so I may linger around the 145-150 range since im feeling great13

I'm 5'3, started at 200. Currently 185. I started lifting heavy at the beginning of my deficit and I'm not willing to compromise strength or lean body mass; my goal is 150. I got down to 140 about 2 years ago but.. obviously I struggled staying at that weight lol. I think 150 is more reasonable and allows me to continue meeting my strength goals.12

I am 5'4. Started at 127 (the most I've ever been not counting pregnancy). Currently 120, and my goal is 105. I was always pretty small, before I started gaining weight last October.5

I'm 5'4 and currently 129/130 pounds. I started at 150 but started using MFP when I was 140 pounds. I'm trying to get down to 120, which is my first goal. I think I'm going to go for a bit lower than that though, maybe 115 (since weight fluctuates a lot during maintanence and I'd rather be 115-120 instead of 120-125)4

5'4", starting at 190 (just after having my baby) and my goal weight is 145. If I hit that goal and like what I see, that's where I'll stay.1

Started around 260 lbs in 2012.
Currently around 125.6 lbs and aiming for around 116. If I'm lucky and don't lose any lean mass that should hopefully put me around 18% BF.10 -
