I thought I'd posted on June 30th and last week but I can't find my original posts so I'm using what's logged on my phone app... I really want to be at 135 by August but am having a difficult time getting outside in the heat ... Any suggestions? I was walking late at night but then wasn't getting enough sleep.

Successes/Struggles this week: Lack of sleep really impacts my weight loss and overall health. This week was sleep-challenged and I averaged about 2 hours a night. It was equally a rough work week with extra demands. On the plus side I brought a third dog into the household and the challenge of integrating him is definitely keep us all moving.0 -
