    My new eating diet will be no carbs like rice or bread , only boiled potatoes after training and unlimited fruits and salad throw all the day.

    Sweet potatoes are nice any veg really its carbs but mostly fiber not suger

    It sounds like refined carbs may give you trouble. It can help to cut them out or back off of them, but you may find yourself able to manage them again down the road.

    Eliminating foods you enjoy will help you lose weight.....then what? You have the rest of your life to figure out how to keep the weight off. This is the part that 95% of people fail at.

    I eat all foods in moderation. If I am to ever keep the weight off (yes, I'm a yo-yo....part of that 95%)......then I need to figure out portion control for ALL foods.....not just diet foods.
