    4.5 lbs down! Great start to the challenge. Know I won't get such large losses in future but it's the right direction to reach the goal. How's everyone doing?

    Joinin in at 243. Just finished a 30 day 10 lb challenge and lost 9lbs.

    I love this tip! Great to live by when trying to lose weight.
