    Can I ask a favor of everyone?
    I would like to continue participating in the challenge, however I would like to take a small break from weighing in on Sundays. I'm trying to hold out on my next weigh in for 3 weeks (when I have finished 30DS). I am finding that stalking the scale is really killing me.
    Would it be alright if I continue to participate (as I LOVE this challenge) but weigh back in with everyone on the 24th?

    I am already doing a 4000 cal /week challenge so I will stay with that and ADD the ab crunches.:flowerforyou:

    Monday......... 502 calories burned doing Tae Bo
    Tuesday.........629 cals burned doing Tae Bo AND 2 sets of 25 ab crunches over ball

    I'm soooo sorry that I missed Sunday's weigh in. I had a family reunion and it totally slipped my mind. I was 230.6lbs. I am putting a reminder in my phone for every Sunday!!!!

    My goodness - you're an inspiration! I'm not that consistent. I'm closer to the start of my journey and manage 1 day on, one day off, but I AM completing the 3500 calories burnt although I am struggling with the sit-ups.
    Your goal of 41lbs is similar to mine and the fact that you're nearly there gives me hope that I can do it too.

    This challenge is hard for me... I haven't been burning that many calories in a long time and its been super hard for me to find the time and type of exercise to burn that much.

    What are you guys doing to burn sooo many calories?

    Lots and lots of gardening - building new raised beds, double digging in manure...oh and C25k!

    Thanks so much. I am involved in several challenges. I try to incorporate each activity from every challenge into my day. It is time consuming, but the results are good. Best of luck!

    I feel like I am not as prepared for this one. My eating hasn't been horrible, but I haven't really gotten any good workouts in, other than walking around a lot on the 3rd and 4th of July to get to/from fireworks. Anyway. We shall see.
