    Hi there, I am still in this (hopefully) but I started the 30 day shred (day 4 today) and don't plan to weigh myself until the end - I will update you then. Well done everyone else :flowerforyou:

    the total lbs lost, goal & lbs to go, got cut off when i uploaded it, will try to fix for next time! also i deleted some more people that dropped out & changed lbs. lost so only people from this week showed after i took the screen caps so i apologize if it's confusing!!

    Sorry Late weigh in. Had a horrible week gained 2 whole pounds but was able to work them off before weigh-in. I am 201.8. So I even lost a little bit. Hope next week will be better!!!!

    Wow can't believe I won this week! I've been struggling with a plateau for 2 weeks now and then the sudden drop in weight. My goal this week is to burn 3500 calories. Therefore, that is this week challenge! If you are already burning 3500 a week then the challenge will be 50 sit ups a day. Let's go ladies!

    I love this challenge! Is there a way to track calories lost per week without hand tabulating? A tool on this site or something?

    Yes. If you go under my home tab then exercise tab it will calculate everything for you :)

    I'm impressed with the 100 sit-ups. I'm struggling to get to 20...... but I have burned over 600cals and it's not even lunchtime yet....
