Absolutely excited about the loss this week!
Though losing 9 lbs in the next 5 weeks to reach my goal of 121 I really don't think it's going to happen, plus I'm away on holiday the first week of August (Yay!) but I'm determined! Reaching goal a month or so later is totally acceptable to me!

My July goal is to weigh 155 or less at the end of the month.
July 1: 159.0
July 8: 160.0 over-indulgence on the holiday and insufficient exercise.
July 15: 157.8
July 22: 159.0 No exercise=no progress.
July 29: 157.0
I didn't make my goal of 155 for the month, but I'm very happy to be moving in the direction of my goals.
I'm really grateful for the opportunity to participate in the challenge. It provided some much-needed motivation, and just being part of the group was incredibly helpful.

I'm shocked because I haven't been particularly good this week, had three days where I was over my 1,200 calories (one of those days I was almost 600 calories over!) I guess what MFPers say is true, the calorie counts are guides and it's okay to not be so true to the numbers. Makes sense, being over because of grilled salmon & broccoli is better than being over from eating two Krispy Kreme donuts, maybe.?!1 -

3rd - 199.9lbs
8th - 197.3lbs - weeks loss:2.6lbs
15th -196.2lbs - weeks loss: 1.1lbs
22nd - 200.8lbs - weeks gain 4.6lbs .......the day I got home from holiday
29th - 198.1lbs - weeks loss 2.7lbs
so despite a loss total of 6.3lbs thanks to my gain on holiday IM actually only down 1.8lbs from my start weight.
I totallY sucked at this in July.........AUGUST WILL BE BETTER!!0 -
