I'm shocked because I haven't been particularly good this week, had three days where I was over my 1,200 calories (one of those days I was almost 600 calories over!) I guess what MFPers say is true, the calorie counts are guides and it's okay to not be so true to the numbers. Makes sense, being over because of grilled salmon & broccoli is better than being over from eating two Krispy Kreme donuts, maybe.?!

8th - 197.3lbs - weeks loss:2.6lbs
15th -196.2lbs - weeks loss: 1.1lbs
22nd - 200.8lbs - weeks gain 4.6lbs .......the day I got home from holiday
29th - 198.1lbs - weeks loss 2.7lbs
so despite a loss total of 6.3lbs thanks to my gain on holiday IM actually only down 1.8lbs from my start weight.
I totallY sucked at this in July.........AUGUST WILL BE BETTER!!
1.8 diwn is still down. Let's go after August.0 -

Successes/Struggles this week: This was a month filled with frustrations. Covered in poison ivy, sleepless, and burdened at work. I lost two weeks of working out to the poison ivy, but have been able to get started again. It feels so good. I never thought I would ever say that. I did not hit my goal, which was a surprise, but I learned some new things about stasis and patience. As always I am grateful to be able to be mobile, to be able to think clearly, and to be able to laugh about my own ridiculousness.1 -

I am up 1.4 lbs for July. But I had two July 4th celebrations, a 10 day vacation and two BD parties. I know those are just excuses but I am back to logging and will get that 1.4 lbs off by my next mini vacation in 3 weeks.
My challenge is just to stay the same for July. With all the festivities and vacation.

I am at maintenance. I have lost 47 lbs and trying to stay at 115 lbs. These challenges keep me accountable. I am up 1.4 from vacation. Trying to stay within 3 lbs of my 115 maintenance weight.1 -
