I am definitely in! I have about 150 pounds to lose. I had lost 97 pounds a few of years ago and then foolishly gained it all back. I spent the last year really beating myself up over it and (not surprisingly) gaining more weight. This is my first real week back on track and I'm insanely motivated to lose all of this weight & keep it off. My official weigh-in days are on Saturday, but I have been checking the scale and am down 7.4 pounds so far this week. Let's do this! Feel free to add me (:

I'm late here, but would love to join as well, this will help keep my on track. I'm 5' 3", 61 years old this year and am 214 pounds, would like to weigh 140 and be healthy. I'm currently doing 45 minutes of yoga everyday and try to get an hour of walking in, hoping to increase to more cardio and weights in a few weeks.
What are the rules? Should we be posting here every week?

Did good this week, down 2 pounds. Going to cut out carbs this week and increase my exercise. I joined a 30 Day Shred challenge, hoping this will keep me on track for exercise!
