    Done it again sabotaged my weight loss, took the wife and kids and grandkids out for a meal last night totally forgetting about the weigh in this morning?

    I'm actually quite pleased to have stayed the same. During the week I gained a pound and a half, thankfully it was back down for this morning's weigh in!
