Halfway to the challenge goal weight!
My first major goal is to get under 70kgs so the closer I get to that the more excited i get!
Successes: I joined a gym...and I have actually been going to it! Goal is to venture away from the treadmill and also attempt other machines / classes.
Challenges: I have a busy weekend coming up with one of the events titled: 'waffles'...oh dear...

How I lost weight after this past weekend I don't know but pretty happy with the results.
My current most motivating factor is to get under 70kgs - I honestly can't remember the last time I was properly in the 60's (I got to 69.9 one morning a few years back and then shot back into the 70's by that afternoon and never saw it again...)

This was a weird week. I didn’t do anything differently in terms of diet or exercise, yet I didn’t lose any weight. I lost 3lbs last week, so I'm not too disappointed with one bad week. Hopefully I can get back on track this week.
