This weekend I'm off on a hen weekend, and we've rented a house with a pool so I'm going to try and do some swimming. I'm not sure if I should set the target higher next week, but I tend not to go to the gym at weekends. I also have a 5km race on Thursday evening, so I'll have to rest up a bit on wednesday evening.
