Brilliant idea, looking for ways to commit and see how others are doing :)
    11th Aug 2016

    1) Stay within my calorie count
    2) smile at everyone at work, even the miserable customers to keep my mood lifted
    3) Sign up for classes at the gym next week so I don't miss any again

    so JFT, Wednesday
    1. log all food intake :/
    2. walk, or if too hot, get to the gym!! I have silver sneakers free membership now, so NO EXCUSE! :/
    3. concentrate on drinking water :/
    4. be back on here tomorrow -- be accountable to keeping my goals for just one day. :)
    5. think positive thoughts. Don't let the negatives ruin my day. Everyone has problems in their life - and everyone has positives in their life. Focus only on things I can control! :/

Trying again today. I can do this for just one day!
    log all food
get my self to the gym, or for a walk
    positive thoughts

When I am tired, which i am, it is so much harder to focus and concentrate. Know that I am tired, and try even harder.

    JFT 8/11/2016 YESTERDAY

Going to go easy on myself today. My back is flaring and I'm tied to the house waiting on a repairman for the oven.

    *Get both bathrooms cleaned...done
    *Get in 70 oz water.....only got 56 oz :0(
    *Pay Bills...done
    * Start menu planning for next week instead of putting off till last minute....started

    JFT 8/12/2016

My back is actually worse than yesterday-I'm sure cleaning didn't help. I need to practice self tolerance and love today...I need to be mobile and independent by Sunday afternoon.

*Give myself permission to lay flat most of the day
*Do house walking throughout the day in short bouts so I won't be too stiff
    *Stay hydrated
*Ask for help when I need it and not feel guilty
