    Log my food
    Stay within my calorie goal
    No sugar (this is by far the hardest for me)
    Check into MFP community in the afternoon in evening for inspiration

    I'm grateful for my husband and children, the roof over my head and my health

    Preplan meals fir the rest of the week
    Organize house for 1 hour
    Clean
    Check on family friend in hospital
    Be grateful for my health!

    Spent the light in the ER with my daughter - attempted suicide. I got home at 4:30 am, they kept her in overnite. She is now home. I am exhausted, emotionally drained. Just trying not to comfort myself with food - as that only makes things worse. Just asking for prayers - the holidays are hard, as my father passed away on Xmas Eve, my brother passed away on Thanksgiving, another brother on Jan 2, and then having to watch my beautiful daughter struggle with life. But I have to count my blessings, and you guys, my dear supportive friends, I am so thankful for.

    So my list today is simple
    just for today, take it one minute at a time
    be thankful for what I DO have

    And -- I am so thankful for the wonderful, supporting friends I have found on this site.

    Kept within my calories but did not eat healthy meals. Eaten sandwiches for lunch and did not eat much at dinner. Will have something light before going to bed.

    Joan, you have my prayers and support, and i'm so very sorry. I've been in your shoes, and it sucks. The only thing i can imagine that would be worse is if the attempt gets completed. there's nothing that can prepare you for hearing your "baby" say they want to die. there IS hope though, and i sincerely wish for you and your daughter to find something that works to get her through this as quickly as humanly possible! hugs to you, and as Bri advised: take extra good care of YOU! one minute at a time.

    @joan6630 My heart goes out to you. It's so difficult to deal with! :heart: Prayers for you both. :heart: As @bri170lb says, taking care of yourself is vital at this time. You need to be strong for both of you.

    3. Get those pesky Christmas cards done after lunch :expressionless:
    4. De-clutter 30 minutes

    Today I picked out an angel card, and an attitude adjustment card. I haven't used them in a while.
