209.8 today. I didn't have a milestone for 210. The low I had reached in this journey was 2 weeks ago at 208, so I'm still trying to figure out what I did to deserve that.

Looks like you are down 4.4lbs in the last 18 days. That is not a bad pace at all. I find my rate of loss can fluctuate, sometimes I lose nothing in a week, sometimes 3-4 lbs. Stick to it, the results will be there.1 -

Got it. I missed that, and was looking at a July 24th update I think. Still, progress comes and goes, it's not always a straight line of weight loss. Keep at it, it'll come

Just had a total hip replacement on Wednesday
so sure it's going to take me a little longer to reach that goal. But, that's ok I have time.1 -
