    Hi I would like to join. My name is Nicole and for the past year i conveniently forgot that this community existed as well as forgetting my bathroom scales. Thus i have successfully put back on the weight that i lost over a year ago. My big downfall in life are carbs, carbs and more carbs. I would like to start with a month challenge to get back into the routine of recording what i shove in my mouth each day. And also to remember where i put my bathroom scales. Note to myself that if i don't weigh myself doesn't mean that i haven't put on any weight!!!
    Starting weight 79.2kg/174.6lbs
    Goal weight Sept. 77 kg / 169.76lbs

    10/8 - 77.8kg / 171.5lbs

    biggest change this week is that i refused beer. My husband and i normally have a knock off beer after work. So i would say a bit of the loss is from water weight. Well here goes another week. Just need to keep logging my food as that what is keeping me in check.

    I had a great week. Went camping over the weekend and had more carbs and a couple drinks around the fire. Did give up the Diet Pepsi this week after reading this thread.

    My goal this week is to up my water intake. I need to get to where I crave it again.

    NSV: I'm now wearing a belt that didn't fit a month ago.
    Reward: Bought my first two (ever) pairs of designated "running" shorts. 95% of my exercise time is spent running or walking, so it just makes sense.
