I'll give this a try. So far today I have walked 1.04 miles or2458 steps. I will be tracking more this evening, I walk after work even though it is so stinking hot! Hopefully this will challenge me to do better.2

I've just started walking today after giving up smoking, it's been 3 months and had enough to of snacking on rubbish, so healthy eating from now on and the start of a new me. I starting this morning with 4.3km walk and going to increase my steps daily. I really enjoyed it. Feeling focused !!3
