Didn't realize it until I went to a movie with a friend and wasn't moving around every 5 seconds. I'm not sure if it's from the weightloss or the fact that I'm working out 5 days a week consistently for the last 3 1/2 months.
Mine, too! It's so much easier to sleep now, for me and my husband. Some nights it was so bad he'd go sleep on the couch. It's only crept back a couple of times in the last year, and only when I was WAY under on my steps for the day (like if I was stuck in the car all day and never got any exercise in).15 -

I have started actually enjoying working out at the gym. MAJOR victory for me.23

I'm starting to look really lanky (5'11" frame) and my mum didn't recognise me from far away.26

A workmate told me i am looking thinner, in 8 weeks i have upped my lifting by about 5-10 kgs with most of the machines16

While I was exercising it felt like I was swimming in in my orange exercise shirt. I will have to take a picture and look at it but I know that it was tight on my last year and I couldn't even wear the purple shirt in my profile picture last year because it was too small. Oh and the orange shirt? The shoulder seam is at the elbow.18

My recent decision to cold turkey-quit refined sugar and several other sweeteners makes me feel *kitten* good about myself – figuratively and literally. Didn't do it to chase pounds and grams, and as I hoped the effects have been incomparable to any change in diet before. Four weeks into it, I consider it the best nutritional decision ever besides going vegan som 20 years ago10

Getting ready for the cool and colder weather that will arrive in the next couple of months. I had to take a pea coat I have never been able to wear -- never get all the way up / on -- to a tailor for alteration as it's too big now. I also took advantage of a sale on outwear at LL Bean. The XXS and XS Petite jacket and coat I got are a little too snug, but should be OK by the time I need them.
The S Petite winter coat (below) actually seems a little big. I had the same coat last year: XXL Regular, and it was tight and I remember being upset that the only color I could get in the size I needed was dark grey. Here they are with the new one lined up to show the difference in size. How different things are just amazes me ...
It's a different life now ...

I bought some slacks last year that were too small, but they were on clearance, and I thought- Why not? I might loose some weight...
Well- tried them on today and they fit! Not only did they fit, but they are loose in the thigh! So excited!16 -
Went on a 10 year anniversary trip with the hubby this past weekend (long weekend). I indulged (in both food and alcohol) but had a great time and didn't feel guilty about it at all (also walked a TON!) Immediately got back to plan Monday morning (got home late Sunday night) and this morning I was .7 lbs down from before we left (I know, that is the scale part!) But I am most proud that I didn't feel guilty or make excuses to stay off plan longer. This truly has become just a lifestyle for me!25

I had to buy new sneakers yesterday... they were 1/2 size smaller
I can cross my legs to put my shoes on now13 -
I've been on MFP since January and have had lots of NSVs since then, but this is the first one I've shared. A couple weeks ago, I ordered some summer clothes online (end-of-season sales!) that were a couple sizes down from what I've been wearing recently, thinking that the clothes would be good for next summer. (I'm a tall, hourglass-shaped woman and I have to lose a lot of weight to drop a size.) After I received them, I tried them on and surprisingly, they fit perfectly. However, I'd never bought anything from that site before, and I just assumed the clothing sizes ran big so I didn't think any more about it. Well, this morning, I started trying on old clothes in my closet, and was really stunned to find out that I actually can wear that same size in all my old clothes. I was so surprised that my jaw literally dropped open and I had to sit down. I had no idea.32

Made myself go to Zumba today. Even had to borrow workout pants from a friend lol.
I also made myself lift yesterday. It took me like 15 minutes of wandering around the house to make my way to the basement, but I did it.26 -
All of you guys rock!!! These NSVs are totally awesome!!11

Went to the dietician yesterday. Since the first of the year my BMI has dropped down 2 catagories from Extreme Obesity to Obese I. Looking forward to being merely Overweight before too long.

I ran for a whole hour straight last night. 5.2 miles. Not the fastest. I've run six miles before but always had to take walking breaks or stop all together for 5 to ten minutes every two miles or so. But last night I was on the treadmill with it set to hills, which just made it more challenging. I didn't plan to run that long. But as each mile passed by I still felt good and so decided to keep going. I only took up running to lose weight and to help me get off diabetes meds. I did both already. But now I'm curious to see how far I can push myself with my running.32

I went to my first silks class tonight, and I was pleasantly surprised by how well I did. I was able to do all of the poses unassisted and without much difficulty. I was actually the best in the class, I'M NEVER THE BEST IN THE CLASS. I mean I won't lie, I had an unfair advantage b/c I've been doing pole since Jan. 2015, so I have the upper body strength already, but I still rocked the class, and I'm proud of myself. I was actually able to help spot some of the other students into the poses, it was nice to be able to have the strength to give them a boost so they could get the move.24

A size 14 (uk) dress fit yesterday, it didn't look good but it fit! Not sure if the dress was big but I'm taking the victory.

I look good in a bikini. Fit all size 8 Australia (size 4 us) clothes now. Husband has lost weight too, we both need a new wardrobe for summer.22

I've made it past the 5 minute mark while running. This is huge for me as I LOVE running, but haven't been able to do it in a long time.
Another one - I've inspired my daughter to start working out! THAT'S HUGE!!! Girlfriend hates working out, but I can tell she's already lost about 10 lbs.22 -
Today I am wearing an uber pretty bra that has never fitted me. I bought it as a 'target bra' because its made od spiders web lace and its purple( my favourite) and I've had it at least 5 years. I tied it today out of curiosity and not only does it fit, its in danger of being too big. I'm so pleased I feel like wearing it as outer wear outside! Sooooo motivated!25

You know that really nice blue suit of mine. The TM Lewin one, cost me £400? Well, it's too big.
I look like a well-dressed Jeremy Corbyn in it now.
Kinda peed off and elated at the same time....24 -
It's a daily NSV I never want to take for granted.
People treat me so much better fit than fat. The difference is huge.
