This was a weird week. I didn’t do anything differently in terms of diet or exercise, yet I didn’t lose any weight. I lost 3lbs last week, so I'm not too disappointed with one bad week. Hopefully I can get back on track this week.

I need to increase my exercise. I am inconsistent about 4 visits to gym per week.
It's raining this week so I am missing my daily walk with my dog. Hope to get back on track.

Have managed to get to 6 classes this week
but have hurt my arm now possibly tendonitis ☹
Really craving all things sweet , have increased my protein to combat cravings .
