    2. I lost 33 pounds eating my exercise cals, (consistently losing weight) and have maintained for 6 months.

    1.Yes, I usually eat them all back, unless I've done an insane amount of cardio (over 500 cals). I'm within 10 lbs of my goal, so I don't get many calores per day to begin with.
    2. Yes, I've been losing 1 lb. a week so far.

    Yes, I have been eating back all but around 150. I didn't lose at all for several weeks, but I think that my exercise regime was building muscle, because I did still lose inches. About four weeks ago, the tide finally turned and I've dropped 2 to 2.5 pounds every week since then.

    If I'm hungry then you bet I eat them! If I'm not hungry, I try to eat back some anyways....

    Yes I'm still losing! It has slowed down a little bit but I am close to maintenance.

    1. I never ever eat my exercise calories, unless i absolutely am craving something that makes me dip into them.

    2. Don't have a scale atm to weigh myself, but i am definitely losing weight because my clothes are getting really loose. :)

    2.- Yes, I lost consistently 2 pounds weekly until I reached my goal weight.

    If I don't eat them back I will almost surely binge later in the day or week and be worse off than when I started.

    Yes I used to... then I got to maintenance... now I eat more than I ever it seems to me, and actually have trouble eating it all back, but I seem to slowly still loose... I think eating back the cals helped my metabolism got to where it is... its actually faster now!

    Yes, and yes! Weight loss had slowed, but I feel it is because I am so close to a normal body weight now.

    Ditto. I have always eaten them back and it has never slowed my progress.

    Yes. Eat at least 1/2 of exercise calories back if not all of them.
    Yes. Have been losing pretty consistently. (although I seem to lose more when I eat more - go figure)

    Although I am half way to goal and it seems to have slowed as I get closer. (Have 24 more to go)

    I eat back some of my exercise calories, I usually leave 200-300.

    I have no idea if I am losing weight steadily, as I don't own scales, but I have lost inches fairly steadily.

    1) Normally I eat some of them back but not all. It depends on if I'm hungry or not.
    2) I've lost 11 pounds thus far by eating some of them back.
