If I'm riding, ice cold gatorade. If I'm driving, Arizona Ice Tea, peach.

Probably one of the sugar free Sobe Lifewaters, or just actual water. I'd get kombucha if they had it, but most don't.

Water most likely. Maybe a diet Dr Pepper or a Monster Zero.

    Water or Coke Zero.

And if I'm there because I'm in the middle of a long ride ... both.

Had this happen a lot recently in the 100 degree weather. Most often water, occasionally a diet A&W.

It's a hot day, I'm thirsty, why am I not in a pub or friend's garden?

In town, something diet/unsweetened and loaded with caffeine. On long (40+ mile) bike trips, whatever's for a buck and full of sugars that will hit my system five seconds before I open the bottle lol.

    Club soda or Perrier sometimes.
    More usually, water.

I never buy beverages when I'm out, I either take water with me if I know I'll be out for a while, or wait till I get home.

Being that vagrants and probably crackheads generally frequent these places I'm going to say yuck to this one.

    haha - so true!
And you can also tell much about an establishment by virtue of what they sell in the restroom vending machines - OUCH - and I'm still stealing their water!

I would probably shoplift a water rather than use their sink if that's the case

To answer OP: a BOTTLED water and diet Dr. Pepper. And some Slim Jims.
