Good to read all of the success stories. I have been at a semi-plateau since 12AUG. I had a weight fluctuation of +1.0# Plateaus are OK. I'm below my intended goal weight. I considered this challenge as I had increased my weight from vacation and did not want to continue an upward spiral. This challenge has taught me to "Get back on track!" And not fall into old habits. Release of weight to date -3.4#. Still 1.# from the weigh in when I left for vacation. Erratic sleep pattern,too many thoughts on my mind : home & work. Signed up for a YogaMed 8 week session. The session will get me moving.3
