I made a pot roast in my pressure cooker.2

lasagna with zucchini instead of pasta. Roasted brussel sprouts, and garlic bread sticks.
Last night was breakfast for dinner (frittata with mushrooms, leeks, and tomato, fruit salad, and homemade chicken breakfast sausage). Tomorrow night is sriracha salmon, big salad, and lemon parpadelle pasta.

My go to is so boring but works! Salmon, cod or shrimp, with frozen veggies or mixed salad. Sometimes I'll throw a half cup of quinoa in there for fun.

Tonight is grilled salmon, baked potato with sour cream and cheddar cheese, and three bean and carrot blend for veggies.0 -
