    Weight this morning: 153.2lbs so a loss of 1.4lbs. It was a loss of 2lbs yesterday but never mind, it's still a loss :ohwell: Hope everyone has great results today.

    Gained 2 pounds (up to 162). Not too horribly upset since I know exactly why I gained. I have been eating horribly, way over on sodium and it is TOM so I am sure some of it is water retention. My mini vacation is almost over and then it will be back to the normal grind and eating much healthier than I have been. Hope everyone else has a better weigh in than I this week!

    ok wi for me this morning 141.0 :(( soo i am up 1.8lbs ... 4th of july is to blame.. lol.. i exercised like crazy this week so i'm hoping for better numbers next week... fingers crossed

    I did the same thing, up 1.5 lbs :( Im blaming it on water weight.....hopefully

    I've flirted with this 130 number before and then have climbed back up a couple of pounds... am hoping it will stick this time and that I can start my battle with the 120's!
