Beef stir fry with broccoli, onions and peppers. Seasoned with low sodium soy sauce and Thai Chili Garlic sauce. Over rice for those who wanted it.2

Zucchini, fingerling potatoes, peppers and tomato from the garden, simmered with garlic and basil. Added ham cubes and sweet corn cut off the cob at the last minute. It was really good. 307 calories for a big bowl full.0

Tonight is Taco Tuesday! The meat is 99%lean turkey....and I have to say, I like cooking with ground turkey rather than lean beef. It just holds the taste much better!
My son loves his with JUST cheese and meat. Nothing else. I will skip the cheese, add non fat yogurt as my "sour cream" and a mango salsa. yummm!

tonight is baked dover sole with broccoli and heirloom cherry tomatoes. Tomorrow night is chicken cordon bleu with roasted snap peas and hopefully the watermelon in my garden will be ready!1
