1) Nope, never. I eat under but that's another story
2) I would if I didn't live in a binge/restrict/overexercise/binge/purge cycle

1. I'm no longer eating them after a few months of eating most or all of them back,
2. and yes, I've begun to steadily lose weight again.0 -
1. Do you eat back your calories?
No, as much as I would like to, I never end up hungry enough to eat them all back & I'd rather not shove a whole bunch of food & force myself to eat, just to eat them back.
2. Are you losing weight consistently?
Yes. I loose something almost every week. I did a plateau for awhile but I was having some cheat days, but now that I'm not, its back to loosing0 -
I wasn't in the beginning and I was losing more, but I am exercising much longer, harder, and more frequently now, so I do tend to eat back the calories. I am also within 10lbs of my goal and it is getting much harder to lose weight. I'm hungrier now than I was when I started! Sometimes I'm also guilty of exercising to balance out excess calories (like I will jump on the treadmill to burn enough to have a treat).0

Hiya,
im sure we are all well aware that eating back your exercise calories can be a sore topic for some and usually ends in a debate.
All im wanting to know is 1. Do you eat back your calories 2. Are you losing weight consistently. They only have to be yes and no answers, i don't people getting fired up or upset, just want to get some data on it
1.only half
2.i am now but didnt when i ate all of them back0 -
1. I don't eat the last 200 - they're there in case I over estimated my workouts or underestimated my calories consumed. My workouts sometimes burn a whole day's calories, so I find it tough to double my day's food in s healthy way.
2. I don't weigh myself as that is not a number that I care about. I see consistent results though, in muscle definition and I can tell my body fat % is dropping, so I probably am losing weight.0 -
1. When i first started nope but now i prob eat at least half of them back
2. So far so good0 -
Initially I was eating them all back and stalled. Now I only eat some back if I am hungry.
