    Okay just a minor set back...it will be alright...vacation this weekend lots of walking..dancing...I'll be fine. ..starting back on the Mediterranean Prescription Diet that my doc has me on 2 yrs ago...starting next week...both me and hub...he has about 40 lbs to lose..

    not as bad as I thought it would be after the holiday weekend!
    156.7 today, not bad if I may say so myself considering I was at 162.2 on 8/22 when I joined :)
    Next week is vacation week for me so here's hoping I will do lots of walking & not much eating & drinking!!!
