What Mini Goal is motivating you right now!

I did it! My mini-goal was to get to 135, and today I am 135.6 lbs. Whew! I was 140 in July, so it seems like it took a long time to lose 5 lbs, going up and down the same two lbs week after week.
My ultimate goal is 125, but I can only wrap my head around 2 or 3 pound losses at a time, so next up for me: 132!

Ultimate goal is a body fat % of 5 %4

I had a dream that my old jeans fit me very comfortably. They were the right size from before I quit smoking and then had a baby. Right now about 5 last pounds and it can be real again.
Also we have an annual local festival that I am excited to attend. I'd love to enjoy a food truck and a local beer and feel good about it.4 -
I wanted to loose 50 pounds before dr appointment and I'm down 48.4....Dr appointment is in 3 days so I won't make it on time but I will still make it then onto the next 50 but I may need to chop thay onto smaller goals now that loss is slowe8

Next goal is 188#. Haven't been that size since I started teacher's college in 2001. That's 11# from here. So here I go!3 -

My most immediate goal is to hit the 40 lbs lost mark. I'm so close. I'm going to get it, too!4
-
To get back on track after a tricky summer holiday. I want to get back on a losing streak, however slowly.4
-
To fit into my wedding dress! I have about 25lbs to go.6
-
I started at 125 and got down to 110. Recently I've been a little out of it and gained back to 112 but i think it's just water weight. I have an event next weekend so I'm trying to eat healthy and work out for this week to see if I can get back to it and maybe lose another in the process. My end goal is 105 and I would love if I could get there by my birthday in October.3

12 week challenge with a money prize.3

To be the same size/smaller than my older sister. Maybe it seems petty, but for most of our adolescence I was the bigger one and she held it over my head all the time. Now we're close to the same size and soon I'll be the smaller one. I won't say anything about it, but it sure will feel good.
No not petty at all I think there is always a rivalry with sisters. I want to get smaller than my baby sister. She never held it over me thankfully but I always felt intimidated because growing up she was considered the pretty one at school.
She is 5'8" tall and in high school was 118 pounds. She is very beautiful and more outgoing than me. I am 5'5" and in school was about 155 I thought I was so fat me and my size tens.
Since we graduated 20 something years ago we both have struggled with our weight. She has never been as bad as me. Even when she was 250 her being three inches taller than me did not look like it.
We had a bet going who cold lose 50 pounds first. We would talk every week on weigh in day. I hit the 50 pound mark for our challenge two weeks ago. She hasn't messaged me back since, lol. I don't know if it because I beat her or I am smaller than her. But I told her when we started I would reach it sooner because I had more to lose, she wouldn't listen.5 -
A skirt.3

My mini goal is hitting 190, a couple of pounds lighter than I was before I gained loads of weight2
-
My last mini goal was to fit into a pair of size 14 jeans and medium tshirt. I wore them yesterday!!! Comfortably, to boot! That's 50 lbs down.
I am not at my full goal yet but, I am taking a break. I set my goal to maintenance and will do so for a couple weeks/month. When I resume I am setting my goal to lose 30 more lbs.
I can SO do this!!!!10 -
I'm hoping to be below 170lbs before October! I'm sitting at about 173.3, so hopefully I can make it

**If it's petty - then count me in. My Sister once wailed, just before the prom...
"My Fat Ugly Sister has a date for the prom, and I can't go!"
Now... it was karma, I am sure, that she had the chicken pox and could not attend this major social event in our very small town...but nowadays - she is the fat ugly sister... and I can't help feeling a little bit good about that.
Petty? Uh huh. Oh well. Life's a *kitten* and so am I.

Well, I guess it is also part of your sister's responsibility to lose weight if she wants to. Nothing wrong about being happy that you took your own life in hands.
However, my elder brother is morbidly obese. So was I when I started to change my lifestyle beginning of this year. I'm happy for me that I'm in a "slightly overweight" range now. But I worry a lot about him and I really want him to see that it's not a competition it's about your own body and your own health.5 -
I registered yesterday for another 5k in November, I normally just run 1 annual 5k to finish out my diet/cutting season which I just ran last Saturday. I really don't want to put back on 50lbs during the "off-season" just to take it back off again 6 months from now..getting to old for that, so I figure if I can commit to some kind of activity every couple of months that will force me to keep my weight a little more manageable while I still continue to try and put on more muscle.2
-
And that's the next goal done! Just made it below 25 BMI yesterday!11
-
To run a full 5k without stopping or walking and to journal all my food everyday. Trying not to focus on the pounds.

My current mini goal: to be close to 152 by September 16th when I have surgery since I won't be able to exercise for 6 to 8 weeks. I'm currently 157.2. Restarted and continuing the 30 day shred up until this time which means 1 level for 5 days each.3

I've been great on working out but I've been totally sucking at the whole watching what I eat thing, and we all know that's like 80% of the battle! So my mini goal is to get back into logging what I eat. I'm going to focus on getting through this week and build from there. The first 20 or so lbs was pretty easy to lose, but I really was committed to the diet then...so gotta get back to it.
And another mini goal hopefully by year's end is to get down to a solid 8, right now I'm anywhere between an 8-12.4 -
5.5lbs to go to achieve 50lb weight loss. A new handbag is my reward7
-
to finally get below 150. I really hope to achieve that in the next 4 weeks. I'm at 155 right now.4
-
To get firmly below 140.3
-
Just under 3 pounds to go to hit 30 pounds lost and to get in to the 170s.8
-
I want to wear those two skirts I temporarily had to shelve when I was away for the gym for a couple months. A few more pounds to go.4
-
My ultimate goal is to get in my correct weight according to the BMI chart.
I have a wetsuit hanging in my bedroom. I bought it from craigslist and I knew it was too small. It was just such a good deal! It is a size 10 and that is within my goal. But it looks soooo small! Those wetsuits are snug, there is no hiding ANYTHING.
I have lost 20, have about 15 more to go to hit 150 ... then I will try on that damn wetsuit!6
