July 4th 30 Day Shred

I'm in for 30 days but I can't promise to shred every day. I have to take my body as it will let me.0
-
My rule is do 30 days, but they don't have to be one after another. For example, I'll shred Day 1, shred Day 2, run for a day, shred day 3, Shred day 4, go hiking, shred day 5, ...etc. And yes, the shred can be repetitive and boring, but like she says, it's 20 min!! You can do it! Although my jumping jacks at first had one leg on the ground, jump the other leg away for a crouch. I have to watch my knees but I did build strength and get there!0

D4L1 completed today. The workout is much easier now. The first 3 days busted my butt! I'm happy to feel my body getting stronger.
Good job everyone.0 -

I would say "yes" as it aids in the new term "muscle confusion".
Your body gets used to a certain routine, then you mix it up, but I bet you could also change up which routine you do "first"
Like 1st Round
Lvl 1
Lvl 2
Lvl 3
2nd Round
Lvl 2
Lvl 3
Lvl 1
3rd Round
Lvl 3
Lvl 1
Lvl 2
etc, etc0 -

Well, it's Friday night and I stayed in to do the Shred instead of eating out. Since i've been doing Level 1 for a few weeks, I jumped up to Level 2. I could only do half of all the exercises. So hard! Someone please tell me it will get easier! Should I go back down to Level 1? I had gotten pretty comfortable with Level 1. ???0

Day 6 level 1 complete this morning, kind of a warm up for my 10 km run. My calves are just burning! Do you guys wear shoes in your house while doing the shred?0
-
D7L1 done! On D5 I upped my weights from the lowest to the middle. I have water retention but hopefully it's temporary and will drop off by the time I finish the shred. xD. Drinking plenty of water. Definitely noticed that I'm drinking more and more water. Only three more days until I finish L1! Then it's L2! Eep.0
