What Mini Goal is motivating you right now!

            My fitness goal is to be able to run 10k in an hour and my weight to go down around 20lbs. To be honest I just want to be fitter and stronger. The weight coming off will be a bonus4

            Mini goals: 3 6 pounds until I hit 30 lbs lost!
Complete week 1 of couch 2 5k!4 - 
            Pre-pregnancy weight is calling to me ... Just a little over 4 lbs away. Double digit weight loss in a little more than a lb. And I still want my grandmother's ring back on my middle finger without it turning into a radish.5

            Still aiming for the 150s. I was 160.0 this morning so very very close.9

            My mom is getting married in 6 weeks. I'd like to get under 180 for that (8 lbs) and have to buy a new outfit ☺️8

            5 pounds from a normal bmi!! 125 to 120 here I come! I think I can hit it in another 2months10

            New goal then; I want to do a Reverse Freshman 15.
I'll lose 15 pounds over my freshman year instead of gaining; I'd prefer to do it within first term though.
So when I head back to school in January, I want to be 175.12 - 
            Lose 10 pounds by my birthday, 9/24. Lose 20 additional pounds by the New Year. Lose 40 more pounds by April.

            I just passed the 50 pound Mark which is motivating and my next motivation is dropping 40 more to see onederland by vday!! I want a fun sexy Valentine's day with my husband!6

            Oh and I have a winter coat that I LOVE that fits but is tight around the arms. Looking forward to it feeling more and more comfortable this winter!3

            First ever six pack and have some good muscles.3

            This thread is very motivating; thank you for starting it! Last time I posted a mini-goal, I was able to really hone in on that and was successful. So, posting again to see if I can do that again.
My mini-goal is to have a successful four days--through the weekend. I will stay under 1,800 cals, 40 grams of carbs and stop eating when satiated. When I accomplish this, I may download the album of my choice from itunes!2 -

            At the end of the month I'm headed on a short (long weekend) break - I'd love to be under 100kg when I go. 2.8kgs in 3 weeks is totally achievable!4

            Two goals right now:
Getting below 200 pounds (17 pounds to go)
I have boxes of clothes packed away in several smaller sizes and I'd like to be able to unpack some of those clothes and wear them by Thanksgiving9 - 
            Breaking out of the 130s, hopefully by the end of October. Fingers crossed. I'd like to be able to do a kick-up handspring by the end of the year. Fingers super crossed. It's a really hard move.6

            Leaving for vacation in 4 weeks. 5lbs away from my lowest adult weight. I want to look smashing!7

            RUNNING!
I think it may be possible for me to run again in a couple of months. I begin physical therapy in a couple of days to treat ITBS. If / when that gets healed and I can get back out there, I would be so happy!2 - 
            Halloween. It's my favourite holiday, I always put something together at the last minute, but it''s never satisfactory, because I've felt like I have to cover up. This year hopefully I'll finally get to be wonder woman

            IT's not so much what I want to get as what I want to get rid of. I find it very hard to find comfortable clothes. Everything pulls or pinches somewhere--even shoes are fitting badly. I have sore feet and joints. I can't cross my legs. And my cardio is worse than it's ever been. Frighteningly so. I want to get rid of all those things.6

            Loosening up these jeans! I can imagine how good it will feel when I can size down and not feel like I have to wear a big loose shirt with jeans - you know, because of the roll4

            Hitting the 300 lb mark on the scale, i started at 360, and im at 316 right now. ITS SO CLOSE!!!! Pushing to get there. Then keep on movin...18
