    My next weigh-in is on Saturday but I wanted to join in on this after that. :) Hope this is going to go on for a while I loved reading your comments and seeing how well everyone is doing!

    Sept 6: 135 (+1.4) holy moly
    Sepr 7: 134.2 (glad it went down!)
    Sept 8: 134.2 (no change)hmmmmmn
    Sept 9: 134.0 (a fart) LOL
    Sept 10: 135 ( HOW?? I didn't eat 3500 cal EXTRA yesterday!!....must be water??) ugggg it's hard to stay motivated!

    Sept 11: 132.2 (lmaof! Definitely water ! )
    Sept 12: 133.0 (hmmmmm)
    Sept 13: 133.2 ( bad bad day yesterday! Scale not so bad though but MUsT get back on track today!!)

    Sept 14; 133.8 (side effect from the 12th? PMS?)
    Sept 15: 132.8 (yay)
    Sept 16: 132.8

    Eating well. Drank a lot yesterday!!! Staying within in my macros. not bad for first day of Mother Nature.

    Jtkatch.... Good for you! Hope you are there tomorrow/ today (my late night post). Keep up with the water. You advice was correct and I had hoped you were.. When I am active I retain more ( I drink 100+ ) oz water per day for keto.) but if I do not get enough rest (flat on my back.... Sleeping I mean) I start retaining....in balance and I feel great.

    September 17 - 221.5 lbs. (-3.0 lbs.)

    Today will be a challenge as I'll be taking two of the kids out to a festival, but I am determined to eat healthy and continue to see the scales going in the right direction! Hope everyone has a great Saturday!

    Doing well so far. On track! No cravings due to higher fat lower carb and lots of water! Exercise 5x/week. Now need to keep going. Glad to have everyone in this posting . You ALL keep me going! Thank you :)

    Hey hey Frankie, glad to hear that the water retention in the muscles decreased and you feel less bloated. Keep doing what you are doing. We want to exercise exercise exercise thinking we will lose more weight but our bodies need rest too to heal. It's hard to do sometimes. Also we have to think that weight loss is 80/20 ratio (kitchen /exercise) but exercise is key to over all health that we may reap the benefits later on in life or not immediately tangible like lower cholesterol etc.

    Keep moving and drinking! Stay on track :)

    JTKATCH- Looks like you were right. Stuck with the program yesterday. I also took an Advil PM last night and went to bed early. Slept much better and feel much better. That 'water balloon' feeling in my legs is gone this morning. Thanks!

    Got a busy weekend. Goal is to get exercise in first thing each day so I can't get derailed by the calories. Big Brother is coming into town this weekend from out of state and wants to have dinner. If he says BOLI I am gonna freak! I will tell him to order me salad and then endure the hour long grilling on my diet/exercise/macros theory.... :s LOL! Family!

    Late night (obviously) so not quite enough rest and a couple pre planned cocktails. No biggie. Very happy with the week. Big brother had last minute change of plans so I am off the hook. Eating before the party so as not to get side tracked. My husband is so cool sometimes! :) Have a happy healthy weekend!

    Not too concerned with a .2 gain. Could be salt?poop?muscle water rentention . I will maintain my consistent eating within my macros and no grazing or BLTs ( bites licks and tastes) it all counts!!

    You guys are doing awesome! @jtkatch I have been looking for a term for what you called BLTs...I love that name, the worst for me is when I do after dinner clean-up and the kids have left food on the plate, sometimes it goes to the trash where it belongs, sometimes it goes in my mouth.

    @frankiesgirl21 Yes! You are rocking it and I am doing good and feeling so much better than I did a week ago, let's keep busting it!

    Oh dear...I didn't have a very good weekend, and I didn't even step on the scales! I'm expecting to go up for a few days now but hopefully getting back to seeing my daily numbers means I can do some damage control!

    Thank you...I guess I did give in to feeling sorry for myself and ate quite badly over the weekend, but I've pre planned my meals for the whole week and I don't have anything in the house that can tempt me too badly.

    Tuesday, 9/13 143.2 (remember the happy dance?!)
    Wednesday, 9/14 Somehow I didn't weigh. Wait, what?
    Thursday, 9/15 143.3 (IT STUCK!!!!)
    Friday through Monday - fluctuated between 143.7 and 144.4. Getting ready for that hormonal time, so I suspect it will stay up for the next few days to a week. Then I'm hoping for a 142-point-something.

    Thank you Michael. You are right. Trying to stay positive, motivated and trying to figure out what's working. Weighing in every day does help to be accountable. But it can also give false sense of expected results. We say NO a 1000x a day and expect to be rewarded by the number on the scale. We think what worked yesterday should work today. But like you said one must remain consistent - see longer term trends.
