Yes you are right!! Time to go clothes shopping!!!! LOL....not yet....still want to lose before I buy clothing.
It's very funny how weight loss changes ones mood. I am happier, more patient, and basically more pleasant to be around. More "fun" as my kids put it. We shouldn't base ourselves according to a number but it's hard to detach.
Thank you Michael2 -

I like the running list, so I created one. And then I decided to create a graph to see the downward trend more easily. Lo and behold, there it is!
When you only have a couple of pounds left to lose, the slow speed can be frustrating, but this is very motivating!

Interesting weight gain. Mother Nature is gone. Ate within my calories and macros. Exercised. Water retention in the muscles? Natural fluctuations we have to accept. Look at the the long term trend. I am still motivated!!
Happy and healthy logging everyone2 -
9/21- 138.8
Still heading in the right direction!
@JTKATCH- If I don't get the proper rest at night I carry the muscle water retention the next day. Due to the increased activity, I am finding it harder to sleep as well some nights. Last night my bursitis was flaring and I took Advil Pm before bed. Went to bed early and slept like a rock. Scales looked good this morning and I feel great. I think reparation time is as important sometimes as the CICO.
YEA MICHEAL!! I am sooo happy for you!
I love this thread. Between the step it up challenge and here, my motivation has never been higher and my results have never been better! Thanks Guys!!!!

I weigh in daily but when I am down I stop. then I eventually face my self denying behavior and pick my focus back up. I am not giving up on my goal. I would like to be 250 in January. That is my short term goal. I dropped down to 1200 kcal s weight training 3x week full body 5 sets in a reverse pyramid and swimming 30 min and HIIIT in the water for 30 min. 45 seconds on 15 seconds off. I am trying to share my journey with "the right people". As I am unfortunately rather easily hurt by thoughtless and mean spirited comments. I have two injured knees and can only do water activities for cardiovascular routine. I love the water and try to be self kind in my swimsuit. I try to give myself atta girls and keep support people in place. I am using Pam now to cook and giving up on my beloved olive oil and butter. Wish me luck friends in the same journey.I deserve a healthy lifestyle, because I am beautiful in the heart and mind and it's time my physical self reflects my inner self.2 -

Not sure on the actual distance but Fitbit steps are around the 20,000 mark so that's an extra 6,000 ish every day and it takes me 45 mins to walk to work (I'm a slow walkers lol so probably 30 mins for most people) so I'm doing an extra 90 mins of walking in total4 -
Will be out of town 2 day celebration of anniversary (16 years!) Planning to eat well while eating out, will be a challenge.
@thinmarjo we all wish you luck, congratulations on what you have already accomplished, we look forward to seeing your continuing progress!
