Mon: 200 calories burned by walking the dog for 55 min.
Tues: 325 calories burned by doing aerobics for 42 minutes
Wed: 710 calories burned by going to the gym and doing treadmill, eliptical, and bike
Thur:292 calories burned by doing arm weights and aerobics for 50 min.
Fri: 215 calories burned by doing 30 minutes of high intensity aerobics
Sat: 400 calories burned by going to the gym for 75 minutes.

I will not reach my goal by tomorrow, but at least I exercised every day this week and tracked it. I suppose if you do the math, you would have to burn at least 500 calories a day to reach 3500 cals/week. I'm exhausted after spending 75 minutes at the gym and only burning 400 calories!! Fantastic mountain bike ride in the sun. About 28 km of red and black routes, took us 5 and a half hours but I'm guessing we spent a while over lunch and waiting for each other, so put it down as 4 hours - but I think it'd take all the fun out it trying to get an absolutely accurate figure for this!0 -

Wed: calories burned 1282 with recovery run and short strides, recovery bike, heavy calisthenics and upper body weight training

Fri: calories burned 300 kcal sucking at Zumba (which my daughter rocked at)

I cannot believe I did this.
To make sure I hit 3500 I just did a minute of jumping jacks. Sure, I don't log in things like cleaning, and sure, I log my 27 minutes of 30DS and other circuit training as 20 minutes, but it's good to see I got to 3500 within my terms.
So psyched I hit this goal. I think I'll take it easy a week and try this again the week after!0 -
