Stay consistent.
I go through periods where I'm honest I eat within my calories etc etc...But then I go off for a bit... Then a bit turns into days.. days to weeks.5 -
Followed a consistent progressive strength training plan. I keep meaning to, but am not consistent.5

Mines a bit different but to be patient with my body. I deal with sciatica pretty badly and it's hard to remind myself to slow down when it flares up.5

Stay consistent. I am always tweaking/adjusting plans, but never just doing them. I need to learn to stick with something for 4 weeks before I make changes.0

Nothing really, I'm reaching my goals in the right time frame, exercising, eating healthily and never go over so I don't think I could do anything else (healthily anyway)6
