He actually did admonish their eating habits...and everyone else's who don't eat "healthy". He's just not saying it out loud. I don't really think it's all that better to judge internally. You're still being judgmental.3 -

I always wonder this. I would love to be able to be one of the people who can even shamelessly eat a cheat meal. I felt guilty for having a piece of cake on my birthday and insisted that I "felt it" right away. I NEVER eat fast food anymore because I feel instantly greasy and overloaded with unneccessary crap.
I think you have brainwashed yourself to believe all fast food and treats are bad.

No, I know that. I just personally feel better when I eat homemade food that I know exactly how much butter/oil was used in, etc. Not saying it's all terrible. Was just giving a personal opinion.2 -

Great comments! I love a good sandwich. Tuna, turkey, even tofu with avocado and hot sauce with a bag of chips! And I just happen to love water. That's usually my meal at lunch. But observing their meals as they arrive sure does smell and look good. I never push my food enlightenment on others, that's rude. Sure every now and then I'll get a meal, but now I'll try to balance it out with some physical activity. The great thing nowadays is technology! My phone, devices and apps will help me target my daily goals. Again love all the feedback!1

Ehh, don't worry about it... I only get the shiets if someone is constantly asking me for advice and then also constantly eating way too much/not looking at macros/eating too little etc.. that annoys me far more than what they eat. The lady next to me is eating pizza right now.. yum1

It isn't acceptable to do it out loud though, unless you're religious of course...then you go ahead, it seems
I will judge when I'm old though, I practice in my head now for all the outrageous things I'm going to say and not a give a damn

Ooooh yeah lol - tread very gently and do not make any outlandish claims lol. There is a little bit of me that wants to write a thread "I'm going to start detoxing to avoid all the bad unhealthy foods" and watch people lose their minds - I'd be chased with pitchforks I think...
I once posted a thread asking people if they found the less processed flavours they ate the less they enjoyed. .. but I used the term "clean eating" in there. Oops haha everyone went fricking crazy even after I clarified about 20 times. Certain buzz words do NOT go down well haha3 -

Yes, shaming people for their food choices is a great idea. The next time I see someone in Publix with Doritos and ice cream in their shopping cart I'm going to boo and hiss and tell them the terrible things they're doing to their bodies with that poison.

No he didn't - he said he likes to view certain foods as 'bad' in order for him to live a healthier life. I'm quite certain he is allowed to view foods as he wishes and if that is what helps him then great.
