Sorry guys. I was feeling very weak yesterday, and I'm not sure why. Still feeling weak today, but I have done some exercise. I'll wait to update though, because I might take a walk later tonight too. Anyways, I'm not really motivated anymore. I doubt I'll contribute much in this competition. I understand if you guys want to find a replacement.0 -

You are having a laugh aren't you? Why we want to replace you?? Any contribution you make is equally as important as anyone else's. Hopefully you're just having a tough couple of days and will be back on form soon, its tough to keep up the motivation and you have done so well in losing your weight its understandable that you'll have some tough days. Take it easy and look after yourself0 -
