If I just had a gym membership.
I think I could be seeing more results with access to more equipment. But as far as what I could be doing more of now? More cardio.

lift heavier. Sometimes I stay on certain weights too long, when I am capable of going to the next level.

Chocolate. I buy the best sort, but even so, I'm eating about 250kcal worth a day, and it's just empty calories.

You are beautiful. But I get it. I was there once (and I actually thought I liked myself) but the honest truth was, I didn't. So I had to start treating myself like I liked me and I had to start fueling my body with food that stated that I liked me and cared for me.

@Tomk652015 Oh yes, how did I forget this. I at least want two days out the week to hit the gym before work!

Thank you for your kind words. I have a tendency to self-sabotage. After a lot of consideration, mindfulness and reflection, I have come to the conclusion that the reason is simply I don't value myself enough to look after myself as I should. When something 'bad' happens, I react by punishing myself with excessive eating or massive slovenliness.

    BUT

As I can now pin point what I do wrong, I am in the process of changing this behaviour. It isn't easy but I am seeing results. For instance, someone just said something horrible to me at work which resulted in an even more horrible conversation with my misogynist of a manager.

Gut reaction: go for a calorie ladened lunch
Actual reaction: went to the gym & burnt 250 calories

This is soooooooooooo adult of you! I love the actual reaction....you chose to take control vs letting the situation control you!!!!

...less eating... Seriously, it's the only reason i'm fat, i just can't bloody stop myself. I get worse when i'm 'on a diet' or 'NEED to lose weight'. Since trying to make a massive effort for a particular event, i've put on half a stone!!! I am just ridiculous.

Eat only the food I bring with me to work. Often times I am offered cake, pie or cookies. Granted not huge servings cause its a nursing home but I normally have no clue on calories on them.

Accept that weight loss isn't linear, and not lose hope over three weeks of not-a-dam-thing happening on the scale. Also noting that inches may be lost while scale weight remains the same.

    My current situation *sigh*
