Your greatest feat of strength?

Greatest athletic feat was finishing a 100 mile ultramarathon, I consider that a feat of strength.
Heaviest I've ever lifted is this morning when I pulled 405x5 conventional deadlift. Very happy with that, on March 28th when I started lifting weights I was at just 205x5.12 -
My 545 dead is still my crowning achievement. Someday it will be 600...10

4 one arm pull ups...right side...dropped down....3 one arm pull ups on the left side. Both times the other arm was hanging (no grabbing the wrist thing crap)
I also did 2 one arm, one finger pulls up (used webbing) with the other arm hanging.
Or I did one pull up with 160 pounds attached by a chain. I weighed 140 pounds at the time
I was a rock climber for 10 years...used to do 600 pull ups in hour....10 a minute
Stupid human tricks I called them5 -
I did one chin-up, and haven't been able to do it again. Oh well, I'll keep trying.6

Squared 370 @ a body weight of 155 back when I was competing as in power lifting1
-
Not currently lifting because of illness but my greatest feat of strength was when I returned to lifting after having to take 9 months off which included not being able to squat down to pick something up without help getting back up to being able to do all so 5*5 with all the progressions as suggested for squats, DL and rows and squat over my bw and DL 1.5 x over bw. I can't wait to restart again4

I'm up around 300 on hip thrusts. I haven't done them in awhile because I cut out accessories before my powerlifting meet. Interested to see where I am in the 3 rep range within the next few weeks.

Not much of a feat in comparison to everyone else on this thread, but I can do 90+ squats with 20 lbs (which is a BIG step up from being on the verge of collapse after 10 unweighted ones, lol).5

I really wish I'd written down a lot more things way back in the day. The 2 that stand out are benching 340 @ 180lbs. And doing a back lever in front of a whole group of people at a certification the 1st time I ever tried it. I strained so hard to hold it I popped little blood vessels around my eyes.1

Amazing feats of Streng here.
Mines a bit diffrent
Being able to walk down to the end of my front garden to see if the daily paper had been delivered.....for the first time after nearly 2 Years whellchair & Rehab after "gone wrong" leg surgery in 2009

No where near those now, had rotator cuff surgery 2.5 years ago. Up to 385 on flat and 340 on incline bench.2 -

As far as weightlifting goes, deadlifting 2 plate for the first time was amazing.
The feat of strength I am most proud of though, was my first grappling tournament several years ago. I lost my first match and got my elbow hyperextended to the point that I couldn't bend my arm at all, only for the ref to tell me I still had another match for 3rd place.
I almost dropped out, it hurt so bad. And my next opponent was WAAAAY heavier than me so I thought I was screwed. But I stayed in it and won. To this day, that 3rd place medal means more to me than any of the golds I have.
Mental strength FTW.10 -
The first time I benched 60kg. I had been working for it for what felt like forever and finally got it.
Just recently, nailing a bench at 91+ kg for the third week in a row. Sinking in that I am benching over 200 pounds now.
But perhaps what I'm most proud of is my second deadlift from westerns in 2014. My neck injury had flared up earlier in the day, and by the time deadlifts came around, I was flat out exhausted from fighting my body so hard. But I still managed to get out there and set a record that stood for almost a year and a half.9 -
Benched 140 kg 5x5 with a slight rotator cuff injury. I'm stubborn. My 1RM is 175 kg4

Seeing how easy that came off the floor, I'd put good money on you having 315 in you now.1 -

RC's can be a real B! I had to take of 7 mo after messing my left up. I now go crazy on warmups. Good to hear you can still bench. Those are still impressive numbers.0 -
Back in high school, I picked up my buddy's car and turned it so he couldn't get out of his parking spot.9

Wow...you all are incredible!
I just started lifting, but surprised myself at my 160lb 1rm... I know it's nothing at the moment...3 -
I don't know - finally getting my head out of my [redacted] and following some decent programming, so I was able to deadlift 455 lb? Or maybe my first PL meet, where I hadn't been able to pull 355 in the gym (stupid no-chalk policy), had pulled 330 or 335 for 8 - so I thought that maybe I could get 380; but 355 was so easy, I decided on 410 and got it? Or maybe this past weekend, benching 225 + the 110 lb or so bands that had pinned me about two months ago?4

Not bad for a newbie! What type of lift was that?

Due to this thread I tried to get closer to a 1 x maximum weighted pull-up and dip this morning. Did 2 pull-ups with a 75 lb dumbbell and 3 dips with a 75 lb dumbbell. I think I need to find a belt to hang weights from to go any higher, it's tough to hold 75 lbs between your ankles!4 -

Deadlift. I find I progress faster with them than any other lift. The last time I lost weight, I did it stupidly and lost a lot of muscle.. even bodyweight squats were incredibly difficult. So far I am doing 5x5 @ 65lbs3 -
Can mine be finally succeeding at rope climb? I failed at every attempt for about a year after joining group training classes at my gym. But a couple weeks ago I finally got it! And now I am up to 7 times in 3 minutes ... I never could do it in high school but as a 39 year old I am rocking!10
-
Oh @buffalogal42 I hated rope climbs in school and have never tried them since.
Well done on overcoming the high school fail. I'm in awe.
Cheers, h.

Mine was a meet i did last year. I let my Coach call my numbers, and focused soley on litfing, had a blast! Squatted 227.5KG, and Deadlifted 272.5KG. I was that focused it was only at the end, annoucning placings (I placed 2nd) i realised what it was -
500LB squat, 600Lb Deadlift!
Overall, that day i went 9 for 9, and hit 7 PR's in 1 comp - 6 Lift PR's 2nd\3rd attempts, and Total PR.
